1What stands out

Moonvalley's two documents disagree on age: the terms of service say under-18s may not use it, while the prohibited use policy says thirteen with parental consent. Both are shown here. Its policy also allows impersonation of public figures for satirical purposes, by saying the ban is for non-satirical ones.
