Thirteen and eighteen are the common floors. The detail for a young creator is the band between: ten texts tie use below eighteen, or below the local age of majority, to a parent or guardian.
Some tie the floor to the local age of digital consent, so the same policy produces different ages in different countries. One vendor's two documents give two different ages, and one ties parental consent only to paying.
A parent agreeing to the terms makes the parent responsible for the account under several of these texts.

A face becomes specific through things that can be drawn: the shape of the jaw and brow, the set of the eyes, the nose bridge, the lips, skin tone, hair line and cut, age as it shows on the face, and one unmistakable anchor.
