Strikes, bans and appeals
Every text reserves removal and suspension. Some list an escalation, from a warning to content removal to temporary restriction to a permanent ban. From 6 source pages, read 2026-09-25; no maker pays to be listed.
Every text reserves removal and suspension. Some list an escalation, from a warning to content removal to temporary restriction to a permanent ban. Others reserve termination for any reason or none.
Seven texts publish a way to appeal, nearly always an email. One adds that reinstatement is at its discretion. One says its most serious violations end an account with no appeal at all.
For a series, the account is where every episode lives. Knowing whether there is an appeal is worth doing before the first episode, not after the first ban.

2A generator's own account
Policy wording in “Strikes, bans and appeals” meets production here; SceneMixer's pages describe its side like this:
That is SceneMixer's core design: characters live in a persistent asset library with locked reference art, and every segment that features a character is generated against those references — same face in episode 1 and episode 50.

The cast is generated once, at the start, as full-body reference sheets. Every segment that features a character is generated against that character's sheet, with face and body crops attached as references — so the face in episode 1 is the face in episode 40.
