Only a few texts say anything about money when content is blocked, and they point different ways: refunded automatically, not charged when failed, frozen with the account, or banned without a refund. For a production, this is the line that turns a policy into a budget.

3Who addresses the field without naming it
On violations and appeals, the texts of Adobe Firefly, Character App, Dreamina, Grok Imagine, Hailuo AI, HeyGen, Higgsfield, invideo and 15 more say something, but not about credits (23 tools). No tool in the register is silent on the field.
