1Reading the two together

Flow requires eighteen and verified age; Runway sets thirteen. Runway's policy defines gore by example and bars content in the style of a known, living artist, while Flow's limit on real people is structural: prominent people are not supported anywhere. Runway publishes an appeal address; Flow points to feedback.
