1Reading the two together

Both are large-company texts, but they put the working limits in different places. Adobe's is a list of what not to create, with gore and explicit nudity named outright. Flow's practical limits sit in its help pages: prominent people and uploaded videos of identifiable minors are simply not supported, and unexpected blocks go to a feedback form rather than an appeal.
