1What this means for the scene
The wording turns on intent: to deceive, to mislead about where content came from, to claim a false affiliation, or to act without consent. A character who is plainly fictional is outside all of it; a convincing stand-in for a named, living person is inside most of it. Several texts name a way through, consent from the person shown, and one adds explicit disclosure.

3Who addresses the field without naming it
On real-person likeness, the texts of Character App, Dreamina, HeyGen, Higgsfield, LTX Studio, Midjourney, OpenArt, Pippit and 3 more say something, but not about impersonation (11 tools). No tool in the register is silent on the field.
