1What this means for the scene

The texts use the word for realistic synthetic media of a real person, and most tie it to consent: several bar deepfakes made without the person's consent, one asks for that consent to be documented, and two name sexual deepfakes specifically. A real person's face on a performer who is not them is the case all of them are written for.
