1Reading the two together
Character App's rules are written for fiction and name the hard cases, stylized violence, aged-up characters, classmates' faces. Story.com's are written for uploaded content: publicity rights and obscene material, with minors handled as a data-consent rule. The ages differ too, seventeen against thirteen with a guardian.
